I wasn't sure what to make about Double D here, I mean he sounds a lot like the Strokes doesn't he? But after Constellations last year and now Radar Detector you can't deny that the man knows how to craft a perfect little pop song. Radar Detector is out now and Darwin, who just finished playing about 100 gigs in London last week, will return for a full UK tour with Hurts and Everything Everything in May. It looks like a pretty bright future for Deez which does beg the question, Why did nobody care about Albert Hammond Jr when he was doing this solo four years ago?
