Who knew that 2010 would already have two great songs featuring French actresses on them?
Following on from Charlotte Gainsbourg's immaculate new album 'IRM' is this collaboration between Glasgow arch dukes Franz Ferdinand and Edith Piaf herself- Marion Cotillard. A mournful, piano led ballad 'The Eyes...' is a step away from the groove laden last FF album 'Tonight...', adopting instead a much more sombre tone.
