Quite a lot about this band reminds me of early Klaxons from the ramshackle hedonism to the way their fringes peek out of their hoods just so. Of all their demos posted on Myspace 'Seasick Mutiny' is the most impressive with its relentless energy and bouncing beats mixed with a great lurching middle eight. The band seem camped out just on the edge of the line in the sand marked 'hipster shit' but there is something special in these demos that will hopefully lead to more stylish substance.
